- Products without original packaging
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Products purchased more than 7 days ago
- Gift cards and vouchers
- Customized or personalized items
- Items on final sale or clearance
Refund Methods
Original Payment Method
Credit/debit card refunds are processed to the same card used for purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Store Credit
Opt for store credit and receive your refund instantly. Store credit never expires and can be used for any future purchase.
Important Notes
Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).
Return Shipping: For eligible returns, we provide a prepaid return label within UAE. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Inspection: All returned items are inspected upon receipt. If the item doesn't meet our return criteria, we may decline the refund or charge a restocking fee.
Partial Refunds: In some cases, a partial refund may be granted for items that are returned opened or with signs of use.
COD Orders: Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders will be processed via bank transfer. Please provide your bank details when requesting a refund.
